Brandon and Kellye Rickman are successful real estate investors based in Atlanta, GA, with over 25 years of hands-on real estate experience. They have flipped hundreds of homes, generating millions of dollars in profits—and now they are on a mission to help others do the same!
Through this course, Brandon and Kellye are pulling back the curtain on the exact strategies they have used to build long-term wealth, achieve time freedom, and create a life on their own terms. Why I Started The Flip Genius
I was not a great student growing up. I made it through high school and college and set off to find a great 9-5 job.
It didn’t take me long to realize I wanted more out of life than sitting in an office all day making someone else wealthy. I was driving an hour each way to work in the morning around 6:30 am and over an hour home in the evening. I would get home around 6:00 PM to see my wife and newborn son. I was always tired, always busy, and never got to spend the time with my family that I wanted to. I also hated someone else telling me what time I had to be at work, what time I was allowed to leave, how many days of vacation I could take each year, etc.
I knew that there had to be another way.
That’s when we discovered REAL ESTATE! We started flipping houses and seeing HUGE PROFITS! We learned so much over the last 25 years in real estate! We decided we wanted to share our experience and knowledge with others to help them learn how they too can quit the 9 to 5 grind and build wealth while creating time freedom and having the life they have always dreamed of!
We created The Flip Genius to do just that!

Why I Created The Flip Genius
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book.
It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
